In this role you will help gamers who face problems in the game, like login issues, payment problems or account questions.
You will reply to players politely, explain the solution in easy words and make sure the player is happy before closing the chat.
What You Will Do
- Answer player questions on chat and email
- Solve login and account problems
- Guide players step by step
- Note down common problems
- Pass big issues to the technical team
Requirements
- Good typing speed
- Polite and calm nature
- Basic English and Hindi
- Understanding of mobile games
- Laptop with internet
